Franchises seem to have improved the quality of care given to pets, for owners that travel.
However, Our Care did not change. We began with keeping the best interest of every pet in mind. Right from the very beginning.
Perhaps we were on the cutting edge of innovation!
Suites and resorts are still trying to measure up to our standards of care. As the Fact Still Remains That We Still Get Your Dog Outside
for Relief and Potty Times, 4 x per day, Without Additional Charge.
And the results of this practice have routinely sent dogs home, less stressed, healthy and happy!
About the only convenience that we do not offer is to the owner. Our hours are less available which gives us a little time to have a private life
since we personally attend to what is going on in the kennel all year long.

Our Main Pet Building offeres individual walk-in/walk out spaces (indoor-ourtdoor runs), affixed with ornate, iron gates.
These enclosures offer all day indoor or outdoor access, by choice. Your dog can choose to remain inside (it is heated or A/C). Or he/she can walk to his own
outside area for fresh country air and sunshine to meditate, lie about or sightsee.
Our Upper Building allows the smaller-less adventuresome, or geriatric dogs a calmer, totally enclosed spacious enclosure
from the rambunctious "younger" crowd of the Main Building.
Classical Music and/or Public Talk Radio sets a relaxing one for these pets.

The Cat Areas are 2 part enclosures with window ledges for sunning and watching outside.

*Upscale Service allosws special one-on-one time with one of us. The pet receives interpersonal time, twice daily for 20 minutes witha personalized walk, brushing, or agility time in the training building.
